Antique Gilt Purse with Amethyst Stones & Gold French Lace

This beautiful antique gilt purse frame dates from around 1920 . There’s no markings on it but probably french or Austrian . Beautiful carving similar on both sides The frame measures Six inches wide . Four large Amethyst stones are set in the frame and many small crystals further embellish the frame.
The bag has been remade in hand beaded french gold lace stretched over silver pure silk .
An antique Czech brooch is pinned to the front and the end of the purse is finished in vintage beaded fringing . The purse measures 7 wide by 11 inches long .

The interior of the purse is lined in matching silk and further embellished with vintage ribbon and crochet flowers from Turkey .
This bag has been completely made by hand in Ireland from genuine Antique treasures from all over the world .
The bag is made from Antique pieces and is not suitable for heavy items.
