Beautiful antique purse frame c 1940 Intricate micro beading with Two Cameossurrounded by tiny white and gold beads . The central clasp is a large Limoges cameo surrounded by pearls . On opening it reveals a hidden mirror . These beaded purse frames were made around 1940 in France in collaboration with Limoges porcelain . The beading is exquisite and in perfect condition
The bag itself is made in french gold corded lace hand beaded and stretched over off white
Duchesse silk The end of the bag is finished in beaded fringing . I feel this would make a beautiful bridal purse
A vintage signed Limoges Cameo brooch is pinned to the front .
The inside of the bag is lined in matching silk and decorated with vintage ribbon and crochet flowers.
A gilt chain handle measuring 16 inches .
Overall the bag measures 9inches wide by 10inches long to include the fringing . Hand made in Ireland using vintage treasures.
