Antique Beaded Purse: Upcycled Gold Lace & Embroidered Details

Beautiful antique purse frame c 1940 made in France with Intricate micro beading with enamel painted details surrounded by rows of tiny white and gold beads . The beading is exquisite and in perfect condition Quite large measuring 7. inches wide . It is absolutely beautiful. The clasp is also beaded. works well and snaps shut .
The bag itself is made in french gold lace and a panel of intricate embroidery running down the centre The embroidery is beautiful worked in silk and gold threads . Very fine it is Antique probably from the far East but I found it in an antique Textile fair in London . . Both sides are similar .
. The end of the bag is finished in beaded glass gold fringing .
The inside of the bag is lined in matching silk and decorated with vintage ribbon and hand crochet flowers sourced from Turkey
Overall the bag measures 8 inches wide by nine inches long to include the fringing .
