Antique 1940 purse frame by Milch with 3 Limoges inserts of courtly scenes UpCycled and remade in gold lace .

Beautiful antique purse frame . Made in France around 1940 by Milch. It is very unusual as the medallions are gold and cream . Each medallion is surrounded by tiny pearls . The beading is exquisite and in perfect condition despite its age . The frame measures 7 inches wide .
I have remade the bag in french gold lace hand beaded with pearls and stretched over ivory silk .
The sides are finished in vintage gold braid and the end of the bag is finished in vintage gold beaded fringing .
A signed Limoges brooch is pinned to the front .
The bag is lined in matching silk and decorated with vintage ribbon and crochet flowers .
The bag measures 8 inches wide by 10 inches long .
This purse has been hand made in Ireland from antique components from all over the world .
