Antique gilt jewelled purse frame UpCycled and remade in gold lace over silk

This beautiful purse frame is French made around 1940 but in absolutely perfect condition . The clasp is a faux carnelian stone surrounded by tiny jewels . There are two more carnelian style cabochons on each side surrounded by jewels . The original chain is still attached. I have remade the purse in french gold lace hand beaded and stretched over silver silk . A vintage amethyst coloured brooch is pinned to the front . The sides of the purse are finished in vintage gold braid and the end is finished with vintage gold beaded fringing .
The inside of the bag is lined in matching silk and decorated with vintage ribbon and crochet flowers.
This is a complete one off piece created from genuine antique purse frame and brooch and put together with such attention to detail .
